RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our gelato, ice-cream, baked goods, and food items, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been collected or delivered.

If you received an incorrect item or believe your order is faulty, you must contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos or videos).

3. Refund Approval

Refunds are only processed for:
